Object: process furnaces P-1/1 P-1/2, P-1/3, P-2, P-3 of the facility ELOU AVT-6.

Completed works: complex survey of furnaces of the facility ELOU AVT-6 before the thermal insulation; development of design and estimate documentation for the thermal insulation works; engineering support activities of the thermal insulation of external surfaces of process furnaces; complex survey of furnaces after the thermal insulation and execution of calculations with proof of the economic effect of the thermal insulation of furnaces.

According to the daily monitoring of the operation of the furnaces in the period from October to December 2014 the average value of efficiency of furnaces increased by 1.2% (from 73.4% to 74.6%); for the year efficiencies of ELOU AVT-6 furnaces increased by 2.7 % (from 71.9% to 74.6%).
